 Amanda

My career in lettings  started over 10 years ago, with a company called "Rotherlets", but my passion for the job still grows every day: every day is different in lettings which is very exciting - and challenging!

I am still totally focused on growing We Let Homes into the area's finest lettings agency, with the same dedication and professionalism as in my previous post: I am pleased to say that all the team here share the same commitment to a high level of personal service.

Damian

I have been in Financial services now for some 18 years - mostly as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).

Having worked at close hand with several lettings agencies in the past, when the opportunity arose to team up with Amanda to start one of our own, I knew it was just too good an opportunity to turn down. As IFAs, we work in an industry that is heavily regulated, rightly, for the protection of the consumer; we are used to not only providing high levels of service - but continually PROVING it; we believe in being entirely open and frank about our levels of service - and what our clients will have to pay to get them!! We intend to bring this ethos to We Let Homes. We want the lettings experience to be a clear and satisfying one for tenant and landlord alike, based on high levels of personal service.

Lesley 

My career in the property industry started in 1989 with the Halifax Estate Agents and I managed branches in South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire up until 2009. During this time I studied and achieved the Technical Award in Residential Property, with the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and National Federation of Propertry Professionals (NFOPP).

In 2009 I moved to Rotherham and worked for Rotherlets at Parkgate, where we specialised in Residential Lettings and provided an extremely professional and personal service to all our landlords and tenants.

I joined the team at We Let Homes a couple of years ago and am very happy to be working once again in a professional team where our priority is to provide the highest level of professional and personal service.

Along with my colleagues at We Let Homes, our mission is to continue to build We Let Homes into the finest letting agent in South Yorkshire.

My hobbies are horses and walking. Along with my daughter, I have owned, cared for and ridden horses for many years and spending time with these wonderful animals I find very rewarding and therapeutic. I also enjoy walking my two Labradors.

I have three grown children and two lovely grandchildren. I love spending time with them all at weekends and whenever I can.

Alison

I'm the administration assistant, I thouroghly enjoy helping all the team.

My previous customer service experience has proved very valuable to We Let Homes.

I am married to the lovely Handy Andy and the proud mum of three gorgeous children, we all love to escape to the coast camping whenever we can.

Callum

I joined We Let Homes in the summer of 2014. i am currently studying for my Lettings Qualifications and also CMAP1 Finance Qualification. I really enjoy the variety my job brings.

We Let Homes are very proud to sponsor Shiloh, providing much needed support and food for the homeless people of Rotherham, a very worthy cause.
