  Eight Years of Exceptional Management

Amanda has been our rental property manager for over eight years. During that time we have built up our portfolio to currently include six properties located in and around Rotherham. Amanda has worked closely with us advising us of which types of properties and which locations attract a strong and reliable pool of tenants. Each property we have bought Amanda has been on hand during the renovation and preparation stages to help us ensure the property is suitable and safe for tenants. This has a double benefit not just for us as landlords but also enables Amanda to have confidence in recommending our properties to potential tenants. Good business is all about building strong relationships and Amanda takes a very personnel approach when working with both tenants and landlords. She also has an even handed approach to helping resolving issues that can sometimes arise. If a tenant misses a payment Amanda responds quickly and works with the tenant to help find a suitable solution to prevent it becoming a major problem. Amanda also an instinctive way of matching tenants to suitable properties and this in turn can lead to longer term tenancies. Can we recommend Amanda to manage your rental properties, we know of nobody better in all Rotherham!

  Professional, Efficient and Always Available

I met Amanda in 2009 when I started renting a property through the previous agency she worked for. I found Amanda to be very efficient and very professional in her day to day role as a Property Manager, any issues that occurred throughout my tenancy and Amanda dealt with them very quickly. She was always contactable no matter what time of day I called, which was invaluable as I was going through an extremely busy period with my business at the time. After three years I decided to purchase my own property and accordingly vacated the rental property that Amanda was managing. However, around the same time due to the low interest rates that banks were offering I decided to invest my remaining capital in property and purchased a number of houses to let. Following the excellent personal and professional service I had experienced as a Tenant with Amanda I did not need to shop around for any other agent to manage my portfolio of properties, Amanda was on the top of the list.

My Eyes and Ears in England

Amanda Birch has been my main contact in England since I acquired 3 properties for BTL about 6 years ago. The personal service I have received from Amanda could not be better. She has been my eyes and ears and has treated my properties as if they were her own and has always had my best interests at heart. Trust Amanda with your property and you can forget about it in the nicest possible way.
